Very happy with my purchase and I've deal with very nice helpful sales people in Renault-Watford. My car did arrive in two weeks and during this time I've got a courtesy car from Renault-Watford as well. So I would happily recommend this car dealers!
The staff are friendly and polite, their knowledge of the range could be better. The site at Watford is a small site and is difficult to park at safely, the dealership building is not very welcoming and is quite dark compared to others

There were many issues and the whole experience was not a good one. I am still waiting to hear back from Rob Miller to resolve some of these, one is the finance documents are wrong. If I do not hear back and receive the correct documents I will be cancelling my direct debit. I have made notes and am very happy to forward these to Stephen Leete and/or Customer Services.
