We were pleasantly surprised by our experience with Renault Romford. The salesperson Paul was in tune with our needs and answered any questions in a way that we could completely understand. He has also kept in touch by e-mail and phone to make sure everything is ok. Having shopped around with several dealerships I would most highly recommend Renault Romford not only for the vehicles but for their customer care.

I expressed concern re: low coolant levels at drop off and I was offered no explanation as to why they were low despite asking on pick up. I have a friend with the same make and model that had done less miles than me that had normal coolant levels. I feel that if I were a man asking these questions I they may have been taken more seriously.

I just feel that the lack of apology for the inconvenience through no fault of my own was amiss. I don’t expect a new car to have all the faults

I wasn't very happy with my car not being cleaned as I had delayed picking it up for them to clean it. However, I wasn't aware the car was to be cleaned in the first place, so when I was told it would be, I was very happy. Then found it hadn't been. So was very disappointed. By this stage it was too late in the day to do anything about it as I needed to get to an appointment.

The parking situation at Romford Renault is pretty bad. I had to park in front of the service department shutters as there was no where to park for the servicing.

I reached the location on time, there were issues with the parking but someone was there to help and take over the car. I went inside and spoke to Paul French who sold us the car and he offered us a drink while we waited. We decided to go out and wait until contacted when the service was finished. We received by email and sms a link to show the car and to say everything was okay and went to collect the car. I don't know if the car should have been cleaned/washed during service, but it wasn't. Also, there were no issues reported back to us regarding the car, we were told it was all good and no further actions needed.

Dacia had no courtesy cars but hired one for me had to be picked up and taken to their rental place then go back and get dropped off painless though.. dacia are helpful .. and say want yo buy back my car in happy yo have another dacia

These surveys can be somewhat awkward to complete when the reason for my visit was for the annual service of a car, barely one year old and with less than 6,000 miles on the clock. <br/><br/>As for my score regarding recommending Dacia as a service centre option for friends and relatives, I would struggle to do this as I have had little experience of taking a car to a recognised dealership for servicing let alone any technical issues. I have tended to prefer to go to non-dealership service centres and people that I know for servicing matters and technical issues which I have found to be, on average, cheaper than a dealership.

Great service and great car. The only negative is that I wasn't offered more than 3 years warranty as a standard, whereas I know other Renault (Dacia) Dealerships offered up to 5 years. I was hoping for at least 4 years on the car but was told I would have to pay for it.

Ian has been very good and I have been recommending both the car and Ian particularly to my friends. I have been nick named james may by several of my friends, but all have been impressed by the value for money you currently offer. I do prefer the finish in the Duster with regards to the door latch and position of electric windows (on the oor instead of in the middle), but I don't like the spare wheel being on the outside on the duster, I much prefer it in the boot as in the stepway. For now this stepway meets my needs and I think is great value, I have found the rear parking sensors beep way too early and there is no visual aid, I would like to see downward facing mirrors on the back as you get on commercial lorries front windscreens these days as I think these would be much better for parking close on reversing.
