The service was excellent from the time of purchasing the vehicle to the delivery of the vehicle. However, a few issues have arisen that have not been resolved to date. 1) I took delivery of the car on 18.05.2018. I paid extra for the GAP insurance to cover my vehicle for 4 years. When I received the policy document it shows that cover starting on 18.04.2018 - one month before I had even taken possession of the car. I spoke to the dealership about this on 23.05.2018 who stated that they would issue a new policy starting on 18.05.2018. I have still not heard anything. 2) On 18.05.2018 I received an e-mail from Renault stating that I would receive a welcome pack in the post containing the policy and relevant information regarding the purchase of the Renault Service Plan. I have still not received the welcome pack to date. 3) I also purchased a 7 year extended warranty on the vehicle and I have received no documentation about this. 4) I was informed that Dacia covers the vehicle for breakdown by the RAC. The documentation I was given states that certain matters are not covered under the Dacia Assistance Cover but that you are able to contact the RAC and add the extra cover. I contacted that RAC (Dacia Assistance) and they informed me that the Dacia Extra Cover is no longer available and referrred me back to Dacia Customer Services. I contacted Dacia Customer Services who stated that I should contact the RAC to see if they would add on the additional cover required (at my expense). When I contacted the RAC they stated that there are no facilities to add on the extra cover to the Dacia Assistance. Therefore the documentation being given out by the dealerships is incorrect.

I bought a new car and paid in full i thought a gift on the day or balloons or ribbons on the car would be a great celebration and provide a wow factor for buying a new car....you can stil recify this by sending some flowers...

Between my husband and myself this is our 4th purchase of a Dacia car, each time we have dealt with Andrew Eaton and each time he has been courteous, extremely helpful and kept in contact prior to and after delivery of our cars.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience with Renault Romford. The salesperson Paul was in tune with our needs and answered any questions in a way that we could completely understand. He has also kept in touch by e-mail and phone to make sure everything is ok. Having shopped around with several dealerships I would most highly recommend Renault Romford not only for the vehicles but for their customer care.

My dad purchased a Dacia Duster a month prior to me. I called on the Wednesday, sorted what i was after in a 4 minute phone call and picked it up on the Friday. Very impressed with the experience and the customer service.

Great service and great car. The only negative is that I wasn't offered more than 3 years warranty as a standard, whereas I know other Renault (Dacia) Dealerships offered up to 5 years. I was hoping for at least 4 years on the car but was told I would have to pay for it.

Ian has been very good and I have been recommending both the car and Ian particularly to my friends. I have been nick named james may by several of my friends, but all have been impressed by the value for money you currently offer. I do prefer the finish in the Duster with regards to the door latch and position of electric windows (on the oor instead of in the middle), but I don't like the spare wheel being on the outside on the duster, I much prefer it in the boot as in the stepway. For now this stepway meets my needs and I think is great value, I have found the rear parking sensors beep way too early and there is no visual aid, I would like to see downward facing mirrors on the back as you get on commercial lorries front windscreens these days as I think these would be much better for parking close on reversing.
