The whole experience was very smooth and we had no issues. Paul's communication regarding the car was excellent. We felt it was one of the best experiences we've had when purchasing a vehicle.

Ian has been very good and I have been recommending both the car and Ian particularly to my friends. I have been nick named james may by several of my friends, but all have been impressed by the value for money you currently offer. I do prefer the finish in the Duster with regards to the door latch and position of electric windows (on the oor instead of in the middle), but I don't like the spare wheel being on the outside on the duster, I much prefer it in the boot as in the stepway. For now this stepway meets my needs and I think is great value, I have found the rear parking sensors beep way too early and there is no visual aid, I would like to see downward facing mirrors on the back as you get on commercial lorries front windscreens these days as I think these would be much better for parking close on reversing.
