Nick and David seemed Frank, trustworthy and dependable from start to finish, they are both excellent at their jobs, Dacia is very lucky to have them as I think they are naturally gifted in each of their roles. I say this as I found them to be head and shoulders above the car dealers I visited else where. I think other car dealers could learn a lot from these two, Nick especially! I'm a teacher so am always looking to spot the gifts and talents that my children have,it was so nice to see these two obviously in a profession they're well suited to and enjoy. Debbie on the door was also very welcoming each time I went in as was another gentleman who gave me so sweetener from his own personal stash fir my coffee. I just got a very nice feeling everytime I walked in and I was so happy about it I asked to speak with Steve the manager (I think that was his name). He told me the reason he thought I'd experienced such good service was because everyone there was trying to treat customers as they'd want to be treated themselves. Lovely!

My experience was okay but have had a more positive experience from other car purchases. I had to make contact to chase up the delivery date for the vehicle as this was overdue and when the person who had been dealing with my purchase was unavailable there was nobody else able to help me which was irritating.

Kyle was excellent and very personable as a salesman. Excellent manners and general efficiency. Everything to do with the car sale was perfect even with TSB computer glich at our end. Only issue unresolved to date are the mats we were offered haven?t been sorted - but that?s just nit picking! Full tank of petrol as well - had 3 new cars with Kia, all with minimum petrol on collection. Nice touch. Highly recommend Dacia and Kyle.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Drink and toilet facilities were available. It was clean. I never felt under pressure. As I had arranged my own finance, I can't comment on the Dacia finance, however the actual purchase was very straightforward. Let's just say I'm a happy customer :)

The salesman, Ben Pepper Procter, I met on my first visit to Dacia dealership was welcoming and informative. He was able to show me the vehicle I wanted and advise on all aspects of the vehicle. I did not feel pressured into buying the car, the visit was enjoyable a real pleasure. When I decided to buy a car he went through each stage and explained everything very clearly. I came away feeling good about buying the car and that it was what I wanted. At the handover he was equally good showing me every detail of the car. At all times I felt that I got what I wanted and that he was not trying to sell extras to me which so many dealerships do. I would recommend Ben and the Dacia dealership and cars to anyone.

The car itself was brilliant to start with before the steering problem which could of resulted in a very serious car accident, now I have returned the car permanently, once the issue is completely resolves I will be putting in a detailed report of everything that as happened to your HR department.

This is my second purchase of a Dacia from Renault Manchester, Salford - the only time in my car buying history where I have purchased a vehicle twice and used a dealer twice. This is because of the excellent service and assistance I have received from Renault Manchester and Ian Duncalfe in the past three years from buying the original vehicle, servicing and replacement earlier this month. This is a relationship and experience I hope will continue for years to come.

It was great. I bought the car from South Africa and took delivery when I got here. It was a huge relief to get my car and the process was seamless without any problems despite the fact that I was at the other end of the world. Ian Duncalfe was fantastic. Should offer a service to people immigrating here ??

Great service from John who sold the car- not at all pushy, happy to conduct business over email which shows how transparent he was, pleasure to deal with. Amazing after service from Mike with the towbar. He did a 40 mile round trip in rush hour to take pics of the towbar & trailer and picked the car up at work, took it & fitted a new tow bar, cleaned car and returned to work- all within 2 business days and at no cost to me- outstanding service! PleSe make sure this is passed on, this dealership are really good. I bought my last Dacia through Arnold Clarke who were awful- had it not been for Renault your brand would have lost me as a customer due to the behaviour of Arnold Clarke- they could learn a lot from renault!

To be honest i only popped in on way to another dealer but was impressed by the time i was given to look instead of being pounced on . When the dealer Ben pepper proctor came over to assist he answered all my questions listened to my needs and bent ovver backwards to help all of which resulting in me purchasing to car . On collection he even had time for my little girl talking to her and letting her remove the cover . Very nice touch . 100% would recommend to anyone .

Very happy with the vehicle apart from one thing.The first time I drove it to work I tried cleaning the screen nothing happened and I had to drive behind an HGV to clean the windscreen.It turns out the screen wash container was empty which I found a little annoying especially after purchasing a new car

Whilst I am pleased overall with the way I was dealt with I was a little disappointed with the delay between deciding to buy the vehicle and actually receiving it. Any communication about the progress was always instigated by myself. Further to this delay when we arrived to collect the vehicle we were kept waiting for almost two hours as the registration document could not be found. We were finally informed that a new document would have to be applied for.

I wasn't offered Finance because I didn't want it. My experience was a remarkably easy and smooth one. Nigel Davies enabled this with a personable manner and great people skills; and placed no pressure on myself...though I already knew what I wanted but all the same, no pressure In making my decision. Thanks again for a great service and for selling me the right car :-)

I was quite disappointed that Mr Nick Mulrooney did not reply to my email in which I posed questions regarding five items that I required clarification on. Nick was my first contact with Dacia Manchester by phone and was kind enough to email me a video of the Dacia that I bought. Nick did try to contact me after the sale date by phone but I was out - he should have followed this up with another call to me - this did not happen. Nick was unavailable on the day of the I bought the car. Would I recommend a friend to you - my asnswer was NO but more like a 50 - 50 reply due to my email question not being answered. Apart from email problem and non follow up phone call everything else with the car seems to be fine. Aftersales department were not required as I live in Glasgow - this why I put a NO to this question Thanks Donald Adie

Dacia manchester i recommend to anyone i had no problems at all matt scofield keep me informed all the way even emailed me a personal video of the car i purchased with regards to finance i Prefered to buy outright no interest charges. Anymore vehicles i buy in the future will be from Dacia Manchester please say Thankyou to Matt for me car is superb and i may even get some of my friends to buy one from manchester i have given them a test drive of mine and they love it.

Customer service very poor. Very poor communication and it was me always chasing an update. Delivery of car was three weeks later than advised (may not have ordered had I known the full picture.) Sales manager was the only person I dealt with who I would deal with again. Everything seemed too much trouble for anybody else.

I think your customer service is very poor. Your staff were rude and not very helpful, until I paid my deposit. Then they were all smiles. I saw the red car Wednesday evening. I asked for a brochure and some information. 9 am the next morning I rang and said I was interested in the car and could I take it for a test drive at 5pm that afternoon with my wife. When I got there I was told that they had forgot I was coming and sold the car. As you can imagine I was not very happy. They said don't worry they had a blue one as well.so i looked at that one. I pointed out the second 1 didn't have a spare wheel like the first had. being a driving instructor I need one. So I asked if they would provide one and was rudely told it wasn't there decision. I told him to ask as he had sold the car I originally wanted. He checked and eventually said yes so I paid the deposit and asked if I could pick it up 3 weeks later. All agreed. When I went to pick it up there was still no spare wheel, it hadn't been delivered, and as I drove the car away I noticed the rear windscreen wiper was missing, so they took 1 off another car. (Surely that should have been picked up when they do all the pre sale checks). I then asked that when i came back to pick the wheel and jack up, could I buy some matts for it, he said yes he would have them ready. A week and a half later the wheel arrived, (a month after I ordered it) when I picked it up nick wasn't there and neither were the matts. Another guy gave me the wheel and noticed the jack was the wrong one. It didn't clip into its place in the car and he suggested I stuff it in the spare wheel instead. I asked for the matts to again be rudely told to wait for Nick to come back from sainsburys. So I just walked out and went to stores a bought some. 1) they should of kept the red car for me 2) they all need a lesson in customer service 3) the spare wheel shouldn't have taken a month to come 4) the windscreen wiper should have been spotted. 5) they should have offered to get the right jack 6) the matts should have been there. I like to have a spare wheel for my car instead of an inflation kit and so went ahead and bought 16" wheel and tyre as this is what is on my car. I then found that the wheel will not fit in the wheel well as it will only take a 15" wheel. why sell this model with two different wheel sizes when only one will fit in the boot. I now have lost half of my boot space and will have to buy a roof box.

I've had my px car for 10yrs and secondhand cars for many years which have all served me well. I had never heard of a Dacia until September 2015 when it was the hire car issued at the airport in Ireland where we went for a week's holiday. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the look and handling of the car during that week. I had no intention of buying a new car but my MOT was due and although my Hyundai Coupe was old, it was a great runner but I thought at 17yrs old it was probably on 'borrowed time'. I decided to browse Autotrader having no idea what I was looking for but remembered the Dacia when I saw it in the dropdown list, I did some research and within a week I had decided to take a test drive and then I found the car I bought in Renault Retail Manchester. Simon who dealt with me over phone and email sent me a video of the car and was extremely helpful and reassuring, so much so that I drove from London to Manchester the next day and purchased it! Unbelievable I couldn't believe that buying a new car could be so simple and painless!! Thank you

Michelle Janssen was fantastic and I can recommend her without question. In less than 6 hours from my initial conversation with her, she had reserved the vehicle, arranged the finance according to my needs, added in extra's I desired, and we had completed the purchase. I arrived at the branch to pick up the car and everything was ready to go! She was professional and personable, which is a stark comparison with many other dealers I have been to; and is a true credit to the company.
