Steve listened to my needs and I tried all of the cars available for comfort and driving position. The duster seemed rather large for me but after driving it I was very surprised with the handling and nippy performance. The day after collecting my duster I drove 250mls to visit family,it was the most comfortable drive I've made in the last 5 years. All in all I'm really very happy indeed with this car.

We previously owned a Renault Clio so were used to dealing with Renault Liverpool. Have always been satisfied with service received, so had no qualms about buying a new vehicle from you. I had researched Dacia models on your website and had more or less decided that I was going to buy when I came to the showroom. The salesman was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. The sale went through without a hitch and the car was delivered prior to estimated delivery date

I had done all the research about buying a new car and decided it was between a Dacia Stepway and a Ford B Max, mainly because I had the opportunity for a Ford 'ticket'. Friends and relatives have a Stepway and spoke poisitively about them. Jeff Wing the sales rep was very informative, knowing the history of the Dacia company as well as a great deal about the car spec. I'm afraid that although I'd done my homework I didn't actually convey the basic details about my requirements, i.e a five door, petrol seems basic details but it was only after I'd left the show room having signed up for the car that I went to tell my family what I had bought. They asked if it was petrol and if it had 5 doors. I had to phone Jeff back to check. Luckily enough it was petrol and 5 doors. I was also taking advantage of the car scrappage scheme and Jeff managed to sort that out in time for the deadline of 31st March, so again I was lucky.

We visited the showroom, Sara approached us to offer assistance. Sara was very helpful and extremely professional with a great depth of knowledge re the vehicle we were interested in. We ordered and paid for the vehicle there and then. Sara kept in touch, she rung when the vehicle arrived into the showroom and again once she had the registration. We set a date and time to pick vehicle up. Sara was waiting for us and vehicle was parked outside front door waiting for us. Overall it was a most satisfactory and painless procedure thanks to sara

We found Phil C. quite friendly and helpful in his approach. We were not offered a test drive but to be fair didn't ask for one and we did start the car up.Similar with the aftersales dept, we have the 12 month warranty but hopefully shouldn't be necessary. Very happy with the car so far and overall the buying experience was quite pleasant.A stark contrast to the new car dept next door where the service was appalling. We had been considering buying a new Dacia but found the manner of the saleswoman so unhelpful that we beat a hasty retreat next door.

One thing we weren't really happy about was that we paid for the car before we even seen it and there was more scratches on it than what we were expecting I know that you are sending touch up paint but it still would have been nice to see the car before we purchased it it was stupidity on our behalf also

I did point out some bodywork blemishes of this pre-registered vehicle when it was still in your showroom and before I took possession. However, they were still apparent, especially but not exclusively, on the rear hatchback when the car was delivered to me, and my attempts to polish them out have been only partially successful. Would you care to comment?

On handover of the car I was not given all the usual books - Owners Handbook/Service Book/Warranty Book/Roadside Assistance details/SatNav/Media Book etc etc etc. I have contacted David Nicol several times, yet I still do not have them. I obviously need all of these books ASAP. I would be grateful if you would arrange for them to be posted to me by return, I don;t quite understand why they were not with the car at the time of purchase, as I was told they would be. Thank you for your help in anticipation.
