I originally ordered a Duster SE Summit, 1.2 TCE. <br/>I waited a number of weeks, the order did not go through, I was unable to have the car I ordered and wanted.<br/>I ended up having to order the Prestige model, which is not really good enough, and not the car I really wanted. <br/>If you offer a car for sale and order, then you should be in a position to deliver it. Not leave customers waiting weeks to be told the order can't go through, unless I wait till next year, with my only option being to order a different model.

Prior to collecting my new vehicle - I agreed a set monthly fee. The Dealership made an overpayment of £149 on my old vehicle (i received a full refund). However, I was not happy that this increased my monthly fee by approx £9 a month. This was not explained to me at the time I signed my deal. I was told it "would only go up a couple of pound". I realise it is only £7 a month extra BUT it is the principal that upset me. I therefore contacted the sales lady buy email on 9/9/17 (who I liked a lot - so i really do not like complaining about her by name- mistakes happen etc and I accept that) -today is 15/9/17 and I am still a waiting a reply to my email. I have therefore (unfortunately) contacted Customer Relations today to advise of my unhappiness at my monthly fee to see if they can assist. p.s. I liked the vehicle so much (on weekend I bought) - I've told 4 potential customers to go and buy one. My Dad is collecting a brand new Duster on Monday.

We found Phil C. quite friendly and helpful in his approach. We were not offered a test drive but to be fair didn't ask for one and we did start the car up.Similar with the aftersales dept, we have the 12 month warranty but hopefully shouldn't be necessary. Very happy with the car so far and overall the buying experience was quite pleasant.A stark contrast to the new car dept next door where the service was appalling. We had been considering buying a new Dacia but found the manner of the saleswoman so unhelpful that we beat a hasty retreat next door.

One thing we weren't really happy about was that we paid for the car before we even seen it and there was more scratches on it than what we were expecting I know that you are sending touch up paint but it still would have been nice to see the car before we purchased it it was stupidity on our behalf also

I did point out some bodywork blemishes of this pre-registered vehicle when it was still in your showroom and before I took possession. However, they were still apparent, especially but not exclusively, on the rear hatchback when the car was delivered to me, and my attempts to polish them out have been only partially successful. Would you care to comment?

On handover of the car I was not given all the usual books - Owners Handbook/Service Book/Warranty Book/Roadside Assistance details/SatNav/Media Book etc etc etc. I have contacted David Nicol several times, yet I still do not have them. I obviously need all of these books ASAP. I would be grateful if you would arrange for them to be posted to me by return, I don;t quite understand why they were not with the car at the time of purchase, as I was told they would be. Thank you for your help in anticipation.
