Steve Morgan, our salesman was brilliant. He had extensive knowledge of all the cars on offer. We told him immediately the car we were interested in and he encouraged us to sit inside, explained all the features and arranged the test drive. He was great, can't praise him enough... We signed all the paperwork and he kept in touch regularly with delivery updates. I got my car before the due date and when we went to collect it there were works on site and my car was under a cover to ensure it didn't get dirty during the works...Steve paired my phone to the car on Bluetooth, set up my favourite radio stations and ensured we were totally happy before we drove it away and made sure we had his phone number in case there were any problems....top salesman....thank you Steve and thank you Renault Leicester for your fabulous customer service

Ordering my new xar was quite straight forward, i had a stepway previously so knew what i wanted. However the experience i had when collecting my car was quite poor. I belive there was a delay in my order sue to an error and my original car being sent elsewhere. Then I had signed the finance paperwork about a week before and given the registration of the car only to then go and fetch my car to find out i had been given the wrong registration details. The reg i had been given was for a different model of car. This resulted in me incurring admin charges from my insurance company as i had already changed my car insurance. I was told a cheque would be sent to me to cover the œ25 charge but almost 2 weeks later im still waiting for the cheque. I also called to ask about my finance documents as they have the incorrect registration details on but I'm still waiting for my call to be returned. I work shifts and have been unable to chase this for the past week. Both my husband and I have received very good customer service from Renault Leicester with our previous cars but this time we have been left very dissapointed. We love the new car, however the poor service has let the whole experience down.

Apart from the hiccup from dacia by not informing renault about the colour of my car,which apparently dacia had stopped making. The team at renault were completely professional and courtetous

It's not a complaint but it just seems a little over the top sending a video by the salesman. He was great & very helpful but a video message just seems a bit forced. Very happy with the whole experience though.

No further questions. I will say though that salesman Craig was excellent from start to finish. I must admit I was never to keen on the dacia what we have purchased but due to Craigs expertise and knowledge he sold me!!
