I started with one dealer and moved to another because the first one left but it was a seamless process. The after sales team could be more helpful when the sales team is not around. Even if it is to acknowledge someone presence in the showroom.

Didn't initially come in with the intention of purchasing a new car as we were unsure of any possible financing options. All your staff were very helpfully and made us feel welcome. After having a look round we were advised to speak to one of your sales agents who walked us through possible options without pushing us to purchase a vehicle. We did decide to buy a new car and the whole process has been stress free. Will definitely come back when we decide to upgrade.

I still haven't had my car and no one ever calls me unless I call them first. Delivery was supposed to be weeks ago. The latest I was told is that it was waiting for the dog gate although the salesman didn't know when it was coming in. He said he would sort it out for me and was hoping it would be Friday, however I didn't expect it to be the case. He hasn't called and it is now Monday afternoon so I am assuming that it is not available yet!

I went in to look at a Logan/duster. Was very pleased with what I saw and the attention i received from front desk and the salesman Ali Pasha. I asked about financing/part exchange and was shown different options and decided on the laureate Duster I went back 2 days later and upgraded to automatic on my sons advice as he had the same engine in his Renault and I?m very pleased I did.

This deal was done at a distance; the salesman provided a video, focussing on the areas that I wanted to inspect and answered all questions that I had. The transport was arranged and all went well, other than a poor valet which was subsequently dealt with.

The salesman (Lewis Triplow) was very professional and easy to talk to, and the car is all I hoped for. The only fly in the ointment was after agreeing the trade in and paying the balance I had to wait for my car to be delivered to the showroom, with no idea how long it would take. This is not very impressive, there needs to be effective communication with the car storage facility that puts the customer first.

When can you give me a refund. It was the worst experience I have had with buying a car. I bought the Dacia and had to arrange for it to be returned 4 days later as it was having problems with the gear change and moving off at the lights. I was given a courtesy car and didn't hear anything back for two and a half weeks. I called up and was told the Clutch was being replaced and sholders be ready in a few days. I was glad the problem was being sorted out but was a bit confused as to why a 1 year old car with 7000 miles and had passed your "Approved" test was having to be returned. I had total faith in the company previous to buying this car. I was not offered a test drive but as mentioned before I had total faith in the company that I thought it would not be necessary as the car would have been difficult to get out of the forecourt. On picking up the vehicle is found that it is horrendous to drive. It has very high revs and makes it seem like I'm an angry Driver. I got in touch with the branch about getting a refund but they have point blank refused. I hand delivered my refusal letter in accordance with the 2015 consumer rights act and trades description act 1968 but they have still refused. They are under the impression that we don't want the car as we preferred the courtesy car, this is incorrect as I had originally bought the car as I have to travel over 10000 miles per year to collect my children from Portsmouth ever other weekend and having a luxury car would not be feesable. I did not buy a car for it to be returned, I bought a Dacia as I wanted a Dacia. I had previously test drove a Sandero and it did not handle like the one I have purchased. I was not offered an exchange and I feel my treatment has been very shoddy and unprofessional. All I wanted was to purchase a vehicle to collect my children and I am now left with a vehicle that me or my partner do not want to drive. Please let me know if you can help in any way. All in all I had no issue with the service offered, however it never ceases to amaze me how little sales staff actually know about the product they are selling, when you are informed Dacia's are made in Poland, it becomes very clear I know more about Dacia( and probably Renault ) than the salesman does! That is only one gaff out of many I have heard from car showrooms

We were told one APR of around 6-7%. APR on the agreement was 11.2. I am a barrister in financial services. This matters and was a misrep. We drove up and the car we were interested in was not there. There was no car of the exact model available that we could look at. This then means that there was also no car of the exact model that we could test drive. So we had to take a punt - having driven 75 miles - to buy a car that my 18 year old daughter had not driven or even seen like for like. Not really good enough. W

Really excellent salesman (Zachery Smith). Very professional attitude throughout garage, we will definitely go there for servicing (although 17 miles from home) Really loving the car.....and the price! We did not take finance in the end, but very thorough explanation of everything.
