Despite the excellent service provided at Renault Cardiff, I am still awaiting delivery of my new ~Dacia. I have been kept up to date about the reasons, but am still disappointed at this delay, it is letting down the product name and Renault team reputation.

I was abroad when I have decided to enquire about the car and mobile network was literally non existent. The only reliable means of communication was my email. And everything was done electronically which was great as it saved time and there was no need to visit dealership in person. Heather has been very understanding and forward coming since the start to the end of the purchase. All of my queries were answered immediately and accurately. And while vehicle handover was quick, Heather showed around the car and explained the features in detail. I also have appreciated the personal touch of setting up the radio! I highly recommend Dacia Cardiff for anyone looking for affordable SUV and great customer service!

Unfortunately when we picked up the car it had what looked like drips on the bonnet. it was quickly resolved and all was good. I had trouble with Dacia registering the car on line it took from Friday 21st September to 3 Oct to resolve dissapointing

We had a Renault Captur for 3 years which we were very happy with, and received excellent service care from the Cardiff team. When we took the car in for a service in August we decided to see what was available in new registrations. Jamie Sinclair Thomas spent time showing and telling us about all options available and we went back soon after to see him and order a new Dacia Duster. We thought the customer service we received from Jamie and Neil (finance) excellent, along with all the other staff we came into contact with.

It would be better if you did not submit an advertisement to say that the car was available when it's not. We had to come back 3 times. The standard of your valet is extremely poor. I was able to wipe off surface dirt even though it had apparently been through your valeting service twice.

Renault retail group Cardiff is the worst car sales garage I’ve ever dealt with. Will Gannon failed to get back to me when promised and failed to deliver what he promised at every opportunity. Extremely disappointed with service and even now no one seems to care. I feel ripped off and cheated after I was sold not only a car but first class customer service and both have fallen well below expectation and promise.

THE VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED FROM CARDIFF TO EASTBOURNE , A NICE TOUCH WOULD HAVE BEEN TO HAVE TAKEN IT TO A CAR WASH ON ARRIVAL IN EASTBOURNE AS IT WAS QUITE DIRTY ON ARRIVAL BUT OTHER THAN THAT T WAS ENTIRELY AS ADVERTISED.

Although the sales man was very friendly upon purchase of my vehicle I realised a week later that I had no spare tyre or puncture kit in my car. When I attended the show room to enquire about this I was spoken to in a condescending manner by a sales man who acted like I clearly did not know what I was talking about as there would definitely be a blow up kit in the car. It took a member of the service centre to help me and eventually the manager found me a puncture repair kit that should have been in the car. I have a 10 week old baby and wanted a new, more reliable car. I was not happy that the garage let me leave without doing the necessary checks to ensure the car had everything with it. My husband bought a dacia sandero from the same garage and had a very different experience as they went through a vehicle checklist with him which he signed before taking the car. I have never received this for my car.

Hi, I didn't need a test drive or finance, however I wasn't provided with information about your after sales service. The "Users Handbook" had been removed from the vehicle due to previous thefts apparently and , although I was given a copy I still don't have a "Maintenance Schedule" for the Sandero Stepway. If you could provide this I will be more than happy with my purchase from you as the car is performing well. Graham Pearce.

I never felt like a valued customer. You finance person was very good and thorough, but salesman talked to my boyfriend rather than we all the time. The whole experience felt sleezy and dissatisfying. I'd like to enjoy buying a car - I didn't!
