Alex was extremely helpful. He kept me informed as to the progress of my purchase. My car was delivered earlier than expected which was great. I did not feel under any pressure at any time to buy (i find high pressure sales a real turn-off).

From our initial greeting by the receptionist, coffee etc. to the 'salesman' Ian Hudson Innis, with oversight from the manager, everything was an absolutely pleasant experience. All staff are polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. When we organized our pick up of the vehicle, for example,(we live in Mid Wales near the coast) they bent over backwards to accommodate us, to fit in with the train times etc. I must say that our 2 friends who picked us up from Wolverhampton Station, were absolutely amazed with the service that we received from Dacia Cannock compared with the off hand treatment they received at another dealers when buying a Fiat. So, yes, it's a brilliant team. So far, and it is obviously early days, we are extremely pleased with the car as well. Steve and Ann Lewis

I did it all on line, so no reflection to Cannock staff re the above "nos" - they were incredibly helpful and sent me a video of the car and phoned me to update me all the time on the progress of my finance from Zuto and the paperwork. Pleasure doing business with you - and I LOVE my car! thank you very much - one very happy Dacia customer (who only ever drove FORDs before!!)

The car i purchased had not been properly checked out. When i got the car home i discovered that part of the emergency puncture kit was missing, so now I'm driving around with no way to mend a puncture. I told the dealership and they have ordered one, but there seems to be no concern, thay could have taken one from another vehicle and sent it to me. There is also an issue about the warranty, i was told it was for a year but according to Renault it only lasts till November 2017. I'm still awaiting an decision , its supposed to be an administration problem. These problems have spoiled my enjoyment of the car and this is reflected in my questioner answers.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I didn't have a test drive as the car wasn't there. My dad also has a stepway so knew how they drove anyway.

Had a couple of minor problems with the paintwork which was rectified under warranty by the bodyshop. Can't praise Ian Hudson-Innis enough, he was superb all the way through and also Simon, the Sales Manager. My wife has ordered her Kadjar with yourselves as well.
