COVID-19 – Information for our customers
We would like to reassure customers and employees that all our Showrooms and Aftersales Departments remain open as usual during this unprecedented time and we are here to help in any way we can.
We are following all UK Government guidelines on a daily basis and taking all practical measures to safeguard everyone’s health and wellbeing. This includes social distancing, extra cleaning and availability of hand sanitiser, regular staff updates and restricting the movement of staff within our businesses.
We are working closely to support you, our customers. If you have a vehicle on order, are awaiting collection of your new car or booked in with us for service, MOT or repair, please be assured that our teams are on hand to continue providing an ongoing service provision and will keep you updated throughout.
Below you will find a summary of our dealership arrangements that we have put in place:
Service and MOT
Our Aftersales Departments are operating normal opening times and continue to provide service and MOT facilities to our customers. All our technicians wear protective gloves when servicing vehicles. We also use protective vehicle covers, such as seat covers, mats and steering wheel covers. To give our customers flexibility, we can offer a collection and delivery service for those not in self isolation. Please however bear in mind that with extra demand there may be a longer lead time on the availability of this option.
We are also taking future bookings for Service and MOTs, please check with your local dealership for
availability or request a booking online
New and Used Vehicle Sales
Our Sales Departments are operating normal opening times and continue to provide the usual level of service to our customers. We can also accommodate special requests, such as visiting us outside of our normal opening times or viewing a vehicle of interest in a clean environment either outside or inside the showroom. For test drives and vehicle handover we also provide home delivery or out of hours appointments, subject to availability.
All our online options are still very much available to you this includes Live Chat, request a personalised
video, value your part exchange online or reserve that Approved Used car you have had your eye on.
We can assist you with your vehicle purchase without the need to visit our showroom. Should you wish to discuss these options please contact your nearest dealer.
We are aware that some of our customers may be considered high risk during this time and therefore will be working with you on a one-to-one basis. Unfortunately, new vehicles cannot be delivered early if you are in your existing 3 year contract.
However, if you are new to the Motability scheme we can bring forward your vehicle delivery, subject to supply. Please do not hesitate to contact your Motability specialist directly
